Shipping policy

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm (est) are process and shipped same day. Orders placed after 2pm (est) will be processed and shipped next business day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and/or on National Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and on a National Holiday will be shipped next business day.

  

Shipping charges for your order is a flat rate of $6.99, regardless of the weight of the package and where it is being delivered to.

  

We do offer international shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jixy Jewels is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  

  

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
